










EN Approved Fireman Suit
The Fireman Suit is an essential equipment for a firefighter in addition to SCBA. The fire man suit provides protection to the body from heat, flame, low voltage electric current, low volume chemical splashes etc.
The fire suit enables the firefighter to fight the fire from close proximity, even in a high rise building on fire where the temperatures can reach up to 1985ºF (1085ºC) at which temperature even brass starts melting.
The Resguardo Fire Man Suit consists of a special fire resistent Pant & Jacket, Helmet with neck protector, Protective Flash Hood, Glove and Boot It provides protection from low volume chemical splash, mist, environmental hazards, cold and cool environment.

Fireman Suit Features
1. The fireman’s Pant & Jacket: The jacket is crucial, being the largest and most important item. It includes a wrist guard for protecting exposed skin, a throat and neck-protecting collar, special elbow guards, heat-resistant pants with reinforced knee guards, cargo pockets, suspenders, and stretch waistbands. Both the jacket and pants are EN 1149-3 approved.
The fireman’s jacket and pant are EN 1149-3 approved.
2. Helmet with neck protector: The helmet protects the head, neck and face. It consists of a cap shell, cap hoop, buffer layer and chin strap. It has an anti-scratch outer coating and anti-fog visor. It is resistant to fire for long periods of up to 1400⁰ C for 30 minutes.
The helmet is EN443 approved.
3. Protective flash hood: The protective hood provides thermal insulation to the sensitive parts of the head. It has an elasticated face opening with comfortable seams. The hood is also flame and abrasion-resistant.
4. Fireman’s Glove: Fireman gloves is a five fingerstyle provides protection to the hands from heat and is also water repellent.
The glove is EN407 /EN659 /EN420 / EN388 approved.
5. Fireman’s Boot: The fireman’s boot provides protection to the fireman’s foot. It is thermal resistant, waterproof, puncture-resistant, chemical resistant, anti-crush and electrically insulated. It has soles that are slip-resistant, highly durable and have minimum heel impact. The steel midsole provides protection from pins and sharp objects.
